Updated Address Confirmation:

Do we have your current address on file? It’s crucial that we have your correct mailing address, especially if you live in Town and have a Sexsmith box number. Even if your mortgage company is handling your tax payments, we may still need to notify you of important developments in your area that require your feedback. Please note, even when your mortgage company covers your taxes, we will still send Assessment and Tax Notices to both the resident and the mortgage company. Additionally, not receiving a tax notice is not a valid reason for non-payment of property taxes.

Who do I contact to set up utilities and for water/sewer line locates and repairs?

  • UCA (Utilities Consumer Advocate): UCA educates and advocates for Alberta electricity and natural gas customers. There are 33 energy retailers in Alberta, giving you options to choose from.

When is garbage collection?
Garbage day is every Friday. Please ensure your bin is at the curb by 8:00 AM.

Do we recycle?
Yes! Recycling is picked up every garbage day. We provide single-stream recycling. Please refer to the attached "Trash Talk" flyer for details on what can and cannot be recycled.
