SENIORS PROGRAM

Seniors in Sexsmith may be eligible for a tax deferral through the Province of Alberta's Seniors Property Tax Deferral Program.

The program is run by the province and provides eligible senior homeowners with the opportunity to defer all or part of their municipal property taxes with a low-interest home equity loan.
