Forms are easy ways of gathering information from your citizens, or allowing your citizens to make requests directly to your office. Completed forms will be submitted to a pre-determined email address (can be changed in the content management system),

Forms are meant for general inquiries, so sensitive information (bank info, credit card numbers, etc) should not be requested.
