Mobility Fitness Workshop

Joints sore or stiff? Have lower back pain? Want to build your core strength in a low-impact way? Then this is the place for you! For all fitness levels. You can attend just the workshop and/or the weekly sessions. Led by Danny with AnyoneFit.
Workshop Feb 11 at 10am – this two-hour workshop will teach you mobility training to move better, reduce pain and enhance sport performance. Workshop cost is $25 per person.
Weekly Sessions on Thursdays starting Feb 23 at 7pm, these low-impact sessions are about mobility! They're aimed to create joint integrity, by building strength and flexibility and reducing imbalance in joints. Increased stability means less discomfort in all you do at work or play. Sessions are $5 drop in or $20 for all six.
Located at the Sexsmith Civic Centre on 99 Ave, main hall.
